Club Information

Our student clubs provide students enriching opportunities for their particular interests.  Our clubs, generated by student interest, are advised by members of our faculty.  In order for clubs to operate, use facilities and fundraise, they must  be sanctioned by ASKS at a monthly council meeting.  If you are interested in having your group be sanctioned this year, please complete the attached form http://www.scribd.com/doc/34134270/ASKS-Club-Charter-Form-Template and submit to 'Akahi Student Center at least three weeks prior to the council meeting.  A list of meeting dates is attached: http://www.scribd.com/doc/34293606/Club-Council-Meetings-10-11.

At the end of the year, the group advisor is responsible for submitting a year end report.  The year end report should be submitted at teacher check-out in a folder and include the following: copy of the club charter, final club roster, meeting agendas and minutes, a report and attendance of the activities students participated in and any other pertinent club information.
